London has lots to see, and I don't mean the obvious tourist attractions – I mean the wonderful details that are all around us such as coal holes, old wall ads (ghost signs), doorway mosaics, boot scrapers, pub signs, street names, even letterboxes and door knobs.

Architectural patterns
Patterns, shapes, colours, textures, reflections, geometry, and strange attempts at DIY
these pics are really good. such a nice change to see photos that look even better in colour than in B&W. They really make you lift up your eyes and see the world around you. Not an easy task in London!
